Tie Carrington, Finance Associate
Tie joined The Center for Nonprofit Advancement as a Financial Associate, bringing over 11 years of experience in business administration and finance. In her role, she supports the finance team by tracking budgets, monitoring expenses, managing fiscal partnerships, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. She also assists with accounts payable, prepares bank deposits, and helps streamline financial processes to improve efficiency.
A graduate of Morris College with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a minor in Biology, Tie’s analytical mindset and attention to detail have been critical to her success. Before joining the Center, she managed company ledgers, oversaw payroll, and coordinated payments with external providers, consistently delivering accurate reporting and process optimization.
Passionate about excellence in financial operations, Tie thrives in both independent and collaborative environments. She is dedicated to supporting nonprofits in achieving their financial and operational goals, making her a valuable partner in advancing the Center’s mission
