Attendees will be engaged in an interactive workshop of sharing ideas and best practices on how to coach, prepare, and deploy organizational leaders in philanthropic work. Attendees will explore their “why” for their current roles, discuss techniques to engage leaders, and map out steps to building a successful donor visit.
