As the demand for private philanthropy grows across all sectors, it is essential for organizational leaders and development professionals to collaborate in crafting authentic, engaging, and purposeful opportunities that inspire donors and advocates to connect with the organization’s mission.
In this interactive session, attendees will reflect on their personal “why” in the context of their organization’s work. Through facilitated discussion, participants will share best practices for coaching, preparing, and leveraging organizational leaders and volunteers in philanthropic efforts.
By the end of the session, participants will gain:
- A clear understanding of their personal and organizational “why” in philanthropy
- Practical strategies for coaching leaders and volunteers to effectively engage in donor relations
- Tools and frameworks for structuring impactful and successful donor visits
This session is designed for nonprofit and higher education professionals who are looking to strengthen their philanthropic approach and deepen the impact of their organizational leadership and volunteer networks.
