Nonprofit fundraising professionals work incredibly hard to meet competing demands. How can development and grants professionals manage the job more efficiently? During this session, we’ll discuss the communications, technology, and task oversight constraints (even reviewing a bit of organizational behavioral change) and how we can develop solutions and offer tips to help ease the burdens for our fundraising colleagues.

  • Identify teamwork style(s)
  • Discuss solutions to manage fundraising campaigns
