AIM Award Best Practices Webinar: Managing and Engaging Staff

The Center for Nonprofit Advancement is proud to offer two webinars to share the best practices revealed in the 2018 Advancement in Management (AIM) Award Competition.

This year’s winner, Miriam’s Kitchen, and Honorable Mentions, Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area and The Arc of Prince George’s County, will join together on a discussion panel to review replicable practices and showcase the results of this year’s award process.

The second webinar will focus on Managing and Engaging Staff, covering key aspects such as the on-boarding process, evaluations and working together from remote locations.
